Península moves easily from beachside lunch to polished evening drinks, pairing Baja-inspired plates with an indoor lounge, outdoor bar, DJ sets, live music, and a setting that feels social without disturbing Pacifica’s otherwise serene rhythm.

What To Order: Order seafood-forward tapas, then stay for a citrusy cocktail as live music begins after sunset.

Siempre
Siempre is the dependable all-day anchor, moving from breakfast buffet to lunch and dinner with international dishes sharpened by Mexican flavors. It is polished enough for evening, yet relaxed enough to revisit throughout the stay.

What To Order: Order a Mexican breakfast specialty, fresh ceviche at lunch, and the chef’s regional dinner recommendation.

Aire Restaurant & Aquabar
Aire keeps pool days wonderfully uninterrupted, serving regional specialties, lighter bites, and cocktails beside the water, while Aquabar lets guests swim directly to the bar. This is Pacifica dining at its most casual and practical.

Pescados
Pescados brings a casually elegant change of pace, centering dinner on fresh seafood prepared as sashimi, maki, nigiri, and sushi. The mood is refined but unfussy, making it an easy choice for a quieter evening.

Quivira Steakhouse
Quivira Steakhouse turns dinner into a destination, with indoor and outdoor seating at the golf club and a distinctly grown-up atmosphere. Reservations are recommended, and the surcharge makes this the resort’s clearest special-occasion table choice.

What To Order: Order a prime steak, a bold red wine, and something indulgent for dessert afterward together.

Two inviting pools frame Pacifica’s laid-back days: the quieter beachfront Constellation Pool and a livelier main pool, complemented by a hot tub ideal for an unhurried soak after golf, spa time, or sunset cocktails nearby.

Armonia Spa
The place to slow the trip down further. The full-service spa offers massage and body treatments alongside a fitness center, beauty salon, and separate locker facilities.

It is not an incidental amenity here. Wellness is one of the resort’s defining threads. Book a treatment for late afternoon, after the pool begins to quiet and before dinner.

Quivira Golf Club
